Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and us when you place an order. It sets out what our service is, what it is deliberately not, what we each have to do, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and MaltaAssignmentHelp.mt, an academic review service registered in Malta with a correspondence address at Level 3, Triq San Pawl, Valletta VLT 1210. Placing an order means you accept them.

Where "we", "us" or "our" appears it means MaltaAssignmentHelp.mt. Where "you" appears it means the person placing the order. Please read section 3 particularly carefully, because it is the part people most often assume incorrectly.

2. What our service is

We review and give feedback on your draft. A qualified reviewer in your subject reads what you have written and returns:

  • Your file annotated throughout, with each comment tied to a specific sentence or section
  • An indicative band against your criteria, based on the marking rubric you supply
  • A prioritised list of changes, ranked by likely impact on your mark
  • Confirmation that every source you cited exists and supports the claim you attached to it

Work is returned ready for you to finalise. The changes are yours to make, and the version you submit is written by you.

We also provide proofreading, copy-editing, referencing repair, formatting, structural planning and presentation support. Each has its own scope, set out on its service page and confirmed in your quote before you pay.

3. What our service is not

We also do not:

  • Guarantee a similarity percentage or an AI-detection score, because those depend on settings and databases we cannot see
  • Sit, join or complete any examination, test or live assessment on your behalf
  • Log into your university portal, virtual learning environment or student account
  • Submit work to your institution for you
  • Produce anything designed to disguise material you did not write

If a request falls into one of these categories we will decline it and explain why. That refusal is not negotiable, and we would rather lose the order than put your academic standing at risk.

4. Who can use the service

You must be 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm both.

You also confirm that using a feedback service is permitted by your institution's academic regulations. Rules on this vary between programmes, particularly regarding how much structural editing is allowed. Send us your policy document and we will work inside it; if something you have asked for would breach it, we will say so before starting rather than afterwards.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Accurate instructions. Give us the real deadline, the correct word count and the actual rubric. An hour of margin genuinely changes what we can promise.
  • Anonymisation. Remove patient, client, employer or third-party identifiers before uploading. Our reviewers flag identifiers they notice, but the obligation is yours.
  • Your own work. The draft you send should be written by you. If it is not, tell us, because it changes what help is appropriate.
  • Reading the feedback. Comments only help if you act on them. Revisions are for work that missed the brief, not for changes you decided against making.
  • Timely responses. If a reviewer asks a question, a delay in answering moves the delivery date by the same amount.

6. Quotes and orders

Quotes are free, itemised and carry no obligation. The figure shows word count, academic level, deadline and any extras as separate lines, so you can see what is driving the price.

A quote is valid for 7 days and assumes the brief does not change. If you materially alter the scope โ€” a different word count, a new deadline, an added section โ€” we will requote before continuing rather than adjusting the bill afterwards.

No contract exists until you approve a quote and payment is confirmed. We may decline any order, and occasionally do where the deadline is not achievable at a standard we would be willing to put our name to.

7. Payment

Payment is due when you approve the quote, unless we have agreed staged payments on longer work. On staged orders each stage is quoted and paid separately, and you may stop after any stage.

Prices are in euro and include everything listed in your quote. Plagiarism reports, AI-detection checks, revisions within the window, formatting and referencing are inside the price rather than sold as extras. Nothing is added afterwards because the work turned out harder than expected.

Payments are processed by regulated third parties. We never see your full card number, and your statement carries a neutral descriptor.

8. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times are agreed before work starts and built with margin, so a file arriving "before Friday" means before Friday and not at 23:59. On urgent orders, work is delivered in stages as it is completed.

Revisions are free within 14 days of delivery where the work did not follow the brief you gave us, missed something it should have caught, or contains an error on our side. Ask by email with the order reference and what you would like corrected.

Revisions do not cover a changed brief, a new deadline, added scope or a request to rewrite work in a direction you have since decided you prefer. Those are quoted as new orders, usually at a reduced rate.

If we cannot meet an agreed deadline, you will be told as early as we know rather than at the deadline itself, and we will discuss the options honestly with you.

9. Cancellations and refunds

  • Before a reviewer starts โ€” cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • After work has begun โ€” a partial refund reflecting the work already completed.
  • After delivery โ€” where the work materially failed to follow the brief and a revision has not fixed it, a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
  • Late delivery caused by us โ€” a refund of any urgency premium, and a fuller refund where the delay made the work unusable.

Refunds are not given because a mark was lower than hoped, since section 3 explains why we cannot control that. They are also not given where the brief you supplied was inaccurate or incomplete.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

10. Work we refuse

We decline requests that would breach academic regulations or put you at risk. That includes anything covered in section 3, and also:

  • Requests to impersonate you in any communication with your institution
  • Work involving identifiable patient or client information that has not been anonymised
  • Content that is unlawful, discriminatory or intended to harm someone
  • Anything a reviewer is not qualified in โ€” nobody works outside their own discipline

Where we refuse after payment, you are refunded in full. Where a request suggests you may be at risk of a misconduct finding, we will tell you plainly rather than quietly declining.

11. Ownership of work

Your draft remains yours throughout. Sending it to us grants us permission to read, annotate and comment on it for the purpose of your order, and nothing more.

Feedback documents, annotations and any material we produce for you become yours once the order is paid in full. We keep no claim over them.

We do not retain your work as a sample, publish it, resell it, share it with another student or use it to train any system. If you would like your files deleted earlier than our standard retention period, email us and we will do it.

12. Confidentiality

Everyone on our team works under a signed confidentiality agreement. Reviewers see only the material needed for your order, and where the work can be handled without your name, it is.

We will not confirm to any third party โ€” including an institution โ€” that you have used the service, unless we are legally compelled to. Malta is a small place and we treat discretion as a practical requirement rather than a marketing line.

Published reviews on this site use initials only and are shared with permission.

13. Limits of our liability

We take responsibility for the quality of the feedback we give and for delivering when we said we would. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for academic outcomes, for decisions made by your institution, for consequences arising from information you gave us incorrectly, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited under Maltese or EU consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and anyone with an active order will be emailed if the change affects them materially. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were accepted.

Questions about anything here go to info@maltaassignmenthelp.mt, or by post to Level 3, Triq San Pawl, Valletta VLT 1210, Malta. The address is for correspondence only and is not a walk-in office.
